When I asked if I could take a picture of the 18th-century interior of the King’s Arms, the waitress very kindly offered to take a picture of me behind the bar. A bit more modern than the seting one would find Sergeant Baxter in, but I can picture him surrounded by all the mellow dark wood. And it’s a great place to while away an afternoon or evening today!
