The King’s Arms in Shepherd Market. Sergeant Baxter’s Covent Garden tavern, the Thistle, has a similar look. Segeant Baxter starts opens the Thistle when he leaves the army after. As Baxter was involved in the efforts to secure the Carevalo Ring during the Peninsular War, he is one of the first people Charles and Mélanie visit in their search for Colin.
